Event:         23rd Annual Dungeness Crab & Seafood Festival

You are invited to apply to be a part of the music lineup for the 23rd Annual Dungeness Crab & Seafood Festival!  Last year, over 20,000 people attended the Festival over the 3-day weekend, and we’re hoping to break that record this year!

Along with a wide variety of other activities, there will be a succession of musical performers playing on THREE STAGES: one in the main tent (for full bands), one in the vendor area on the Port Angeles City Pier (for acoustic soloists/duos), and one in the demonstration area in the Port Angeles Gateway Transit Center (for acoustic soloists/duos). YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY FOR ALL 3 STAGES, IF YOU WISH!

Musical performances will go on throughout all three days of the Festival, starting on Friday, October 11th at 12 noon and continuing through Sunday, October 13th at 5:00pm.

If you are interested in performing a 45-minute to 2-hour set during the Festival on any/all of these stages, please and send an e-mail to Music@Crabfestival.org containing:

• your contact information (e-mail and telephone number),
• the name of the band/performer(s),
• the genre/style of music you play,
• an indication of which stage(s) you’re interested in playing,
• the number of performers (limit of 2 performers on the Pier and Gateway stages [no drum-kits]),
• the date(s) and time(s) you are available,
• the preferred length of your set (minimum and maximum duration),
• a brief biography of the band/performer(s) (general background, festivals played, etc.),
• photo(s) of the band/performer(s) (.jpeg format),
• links to your website and/or Facebook page, and
• copies of (or links to) your recordings.

ALL E-MAILS EXPRESSING INTEREST MUST CONTAIN ALL OF THESE ITEMS AND MUST BE RECEIVED BY JULY 15th, 2023; INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED BY THE SELECTION COMMITTEE.  SELECTIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY AUGUST 15th, 2023.
