Be a Craft or Merchant Vendor

The 2024 Dungeness Crab and Seafood Festival is seeking vendors for the annual Festival on the Port Angeles waterfront to be held October 11-13, 2024. CrabFest is one of the largest festivals on the Olympic Peninsula and has been rated as one of the top seafood festivals in the country. Every year  the Ferry Coho brings nearly 3,000 Canadians to the Festival.

The application: COMING SOON – Thank you to those of your have already applied with the previous entity. We are in the process of creating an application for the 2024 vendors. We will ask for all vendors to complete the new application. 

Applications will be reviewed by a jury, and notification of acceptance, denial, or placement on the wait list will then be sent to the applicant. Please watch your email for this notification and let us know if you have not received it.

This is an outside show on the beautiful Port Angeles WA Pier. It can get windy and stormy, so if you think you have enough weight on your tent DOUBLE IT!!!

Payment for booth space will not be processed until the week after notification of acceptance has been sent to the vendor applicant. We will send an online payment link.

Packets to vendor participants will be mailed in late September once we have finalized the layout. The packet will include a map of the Festival grounds, the location of your assigned booth, and the day and time of your assigned load in.

If you must cancel your participation as a vendor after acceptance, please inform us in writing, by mail or email. Refunds will be issued (less a $25 processing fee) for requests received more than 30 days before the Festival begins. No refund will be issued for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the first day of the Festival.
