A waterfront "village" at the City Pier, anchored by Crab Central - a large circus tent sheltering a traditional Dungeness crab feed and the freshest Northwest seafood - salmon, oysters, mussels, Native American salmon, and more. Spreading out from Crab Central you will find Olympic Peninsula wine tasting, beer garden, chef demonstrations, entertainment, an environmental education and maritime center, children's and Native American program areas, and a Clallam County agriculture program. Booths showcase fine Olympic Peninsula crafts, enticing packaged foods, organic produce, lavender and other local products.

There are more than 2,500 free parking spaces in downtown Port Angeles, so there is room for everyone!

Port Angeles Grab-a-Crab Derby

Participate in the Wilder Auto Grab a Crab Tank Derby Grab A Crab Derby by crabbing from large holding tanks on the city pier using crab snares and bait. A $5 entry will allow you to crab for 10 minutes and each Dungeness crab you catch will enter your name into a drawing for cash and a variety of great prizes from local merchants and restaurants. No license or gear whatsoever is required. You can have the crab you catch cleaned and cooked on the spot!

Peninsula Daily News Community Crab Feed

This year, to celebrate the success of the annual festival, a Friday Night Community Crab Feed will kick off the weekend.  The festival’s highlight, the old fashioned Crab feed, will be offered Friday, October 12th, from 5pm to 8pm in the John L. Scott Crab Central Pavilion in the Red Lion parking lot, rain or shine.   This special preview is hosted by local business Crab Buddies and offers the festival’s feast of fresh crab and fresh organic corn and coleslaw, in a pre-festival atmosphere. Dessert, beer, wine, and other beverages will also be available.
