Nothing says CrabFest more than our CrabFest Cocktail Sauce – a festival in your mouth! All of the ingredients are locally grown and prepared in Clallam County. The recipe was developed by Chef Michael McQuay of Kokopelli Grill and the sauce is prepared and bottled by Betsy Wharton of Clallam Canning Company. Bottles are available for purchase at the information booths, the Clallam Canning Company booth on the pier and at the Crab Derby. You can sample the sauce at the Clallam Canning Booth on the pier or at the Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bar in the tent.
